Monel alloy is nickel copper alloy contain nickel with copper and small amounts of iron and manganese. Monel 400 is the typical one.
Monel 400 reducer are used where high strength is required compared to pure nickel fittings. They suit for a wide range of environments such as seawater and other corrosive applications.
